Georg Baur completed his Bachelor's degree in Optometry and Audiology at Aalen University from 2007 to 2011, graduating with a B.Sc. In 2015, he obtained his Master's degree in Vision Science and Business (Optometry). Since 2015, he has been working at the Carl Zeiss Vision DACH sales organization in various roles in product marketing and technical sales. Since 2019, he has been leading the VTS Marketing team. As of 2025, he is responsible for the VTS division and the operational activities related to the ZEISS EyeCare Network.
