This presentation explores the use of ocular thermography as a non-invasive technique for assessing tear film instability and dry eye–related ocular surface changes. By analyzing temperature dynamics of the ocular surface, including thermal cooling rate and blink patterns, thermography provides objective insights into tear film behavior. The talk highlights recent research demonstrating how thermal imaging can support dry eye screening and evaluation of ocular discomfort in contact lens wearers.
